The Spirit of South Africa: Iconic Stars Gather for the Scatterlings Music Festival this August

Scatterlings Music Festival, a bold cultural movement, officially announces its debut taking place on 1 August 2026 at Huddle Park, Johannesburg.

Bringing together an exceptional collective of artists including Zakes Bantwini, Sjava, Sun-El Musician, J’Something. Simmy, Msaki, Jesse Clegg, MUZI, Beatenberg, Sminofu, Tresor, Zolani Mahola, and more, Scatterlings Music Festival is set to deliver an unforgettable live experience that blends legacy, sound, and shared connection on one stage.

“On 1 August, Scatterlings Music Festival comes to life as thousands will gather for a one-night-only celebration of music and meaning – where audiences don’t just watch, but become part of the story”. says Jesse Clegg. “It’s about bringing South Africans together again through music that has always connected us.”

Scatterlings features some of South Africa’s most popular artists on one stage, on one day. These stars will all bring their much loved hits to the stage for the festival, performing their songs that their fans know and love. Curated and conceptualised by Jesse Clegg and Msaki, Scatterlings Music Festival sees the artists coming together to celebrate the heritage of South Africa with a new wave of SA’s most exciting new artists.
