Wilde Vy Bistro is the brainchild of Chef Jürgen Snyman, a celebrated South African culinary maestro, and Kwasi Osei-Kusi and Charles Bucknor, Ghanaian entrepreneurs renowned for their impeccable hospitality ventures in Accra.

The trio’s journey began in Cape Town, where Chef Jürgen made his mark as the Executive Chef at Kloof Street House, Asoka, and the Egghead Restaurant Group. Their shared passion for people-centered hospitality sparked a collaboration that would redefine luxury dining. With the support of industry icons like Liam Tomlin and Ivor Jones, the foundation of Wilde Vy Bistro was laid.

In June 2024, the picturesque Hooggelegen Farm became the canvas for this ambitious venture, and the concept for Wilde Vy Bistro was born.

To bring their vision to life, the team enlisted the expertise of Design Build Collective (DB-CO), celebrated for crafting spaces that blend history with contemporary elegance. Inspired by the intricate art of winemaking, DB-CO transformed the existing restaurant space into a masterpiece of design.

The interiors honor Hooggelegen Farm’s rich heritage, seamlessly merging natural elements like wood and rustic brick with sleek concrete, marble, and brass. The result? A warm, inviting space where luxury meets authenticity, providing the perfect setting for indulgent dining.
