Bolt South Africa Celebrates Heroes Who Don’t Wear Capes During Customer Service Week
Bolt South Africa is proud to announce the launch of its Customer Service Week 2025 campaign, a celebration dedicated to the drivers, riders, and customer support teams who keep cities moving and communities connected.
Throughout the week, Bolt will host a series of activities designed to reward excellence, uplift communities, and strengthen the bonds between the people at the heart of the platform.
Selected Bolt drivers across South Africa will receive fuel vouchers valued at R250, redeemable at BP filling stations nationwide, recognising their tireless efforts in powering mobility. In Johannesburg, drivers will also be treated to meals at the Driver Engagement Centre (DEC), alongside a series of games, activities, and giveaways designed to celebrate their hard work and resilience.
Riders will also be included in the celebrations through the #BoltSaysThanks campaign, where they can share their favourite stories and experiences with drivers. Selected participants will receive ride vouchers and exciting giveaways, highlighting the strong connection between Bolt’s drivers and the communities they serve.
Customer support staff, who play a vital role in ensuring seamless service, will also be recognised for their dedication and commitment to helping customers daily.
Mr. Simo Kalajdzic, Senior Operations Manager at Bolt South Africa said “Customer Service Week is a moment for us to pause and celebrate the people who truly mobilise our cities. Our drivers are everyday heroes, our riders are loyal partners in our journey, and our customer support teams are the backbone of our service. This week is about giving back to them, showing appreciation, and strengthening the trust that drives us forward.”
Bolt’s Customer Service Week is not just about rides, it is about recognising the human stories, connections, and commitments that make mobility possible. By rewarding loyalty, sharing appreciation, and giving back to communities, Bolt continues to set the standard for driver and rider recognition in the ride-hailing industry.
