HITMAKER TRESOR THRILLED TO BE PART OF ALL-STAR SCATTERLINGS MUSIC FESTIVAL LINE-UP
Zakes Bantwini, Sjava, Sun-El Musician, Msaki, Jesse Clegg and more set for landmark 1 August event
Multi-award-winning artist TRESOR has officially been confirmed as part of the all-star line-up for Scatterlings Music Festival, taking place on 1 August 2026 at Huddle Park in Johannesburg.
One of Africa’s most celebrated artists, TRESOR brings his globally recognised catalogue, genre-defining sound, and acclaimed live performance to what is shaping up to be one of South Africa’s biggest cultural and live music moments of the year.
The South Africa-based singer, songwriter, producer, and entrepreneur has become one of the continent’s most influential musical voices, earning multiple South African Music Awards (SAMAs), multi-platinum status, and international recognition for his work both as a solo artist and collaborator. From chart-topping projects including VII, The Beautiful Madness, and Nostalgia, to collaborations with artists such as Drake, Tems, and Scorpion Kings, TRESOR continues to push African music onto the global stage.
Known for hit songs including Mount Everest, Never Let Me Go, and Sondela, TRESOR’s performance at Scatterlings Music Festival is expected to be one of the standout moments on an already powerful line-up.
“Scatterlings feels like a celebration of who we are as Africans and how music connects us beyond language, culture, or background,” says TRESOR. “To be part of something that brings together so many incredible artists and audiences in one space is really special. Johannesburg crowds always bring unmatched energy, so I’m looking forward to creating a memorable moment together.”
Joining TRESOR on the line-up is an extraordinary collective of talent including Grammy Award winner Zakes Bantwini, Sjava, Sun-El Musician, Msaki, Jesse Clegg, Simmy, J’Something, Sminofu, Zolani Mahola, and more.
Curated and conceptualised by Jesse Clegg and Msaki, Scatterlings Music Festival brings together leading and emerging voices in South African music for a shared celebration of heritage, identity, and sound.
“On 1 August, Scatterlings Music Festival comes to life as thousands gather for a one-night-only celebration of music and meaning,” says Jesse Clegg. “It’s about bringing people together again through music that has always connected us.”
As the excitement around the festival continues to build, fans are urged to secure their tickets. Early bird ticket sales officially close on 31 May, with demand expected to increase significantly in the coming weeks.
