Our waiter recommended a selection of 6-8 dishes, and our experience included the Taco 2.0 (line fish ceviche with black bean puree) and Sashimi salad, which proved to be a refreshing start. The Taco stood out with its fresh crunch and explosive flavors, leaving us craving more, while the Sashimi salad offered an exquisite burst of freshness, leaving us yearning for another bite. Additionally, the crispy squid served with sweetcorn espuma, the mussel, the braised beef tongue, and the black rice left a lasting impression, with the latter being a standout highlight, boasting a delectable blend of flavors, creamy black rice, and crispy kale.

Other noteworthy selections included the smoked beef filet, the beautifully prepared lamb, and the unexpected yet delightful Cauliflower sliders, all of which we highly recommend.
