The flavorsome Tarama had a delightful fishy note that enhanced the overall experience.
For our main tapas selection, we opted to share a few dishes. The Grilled Beef Skewers with chimichurri were succulent and cooked to perfection, providing a delightful journey for our taste buds. A standout dish was the Crayfish Tails on Brioche with Aioli—world-class in every bite and highly recommended by the Vermouth team. We also savored the Lamb Kofta on Pita with Labneh and the crispy fried Patagonian Calamari, which, while enjoyable, did not quite match the standout flavors of the other dishes. Greek flavor enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the Lamb Kofta.
