RECIPE: Berry Apple Combo

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup of strawberries
• 1 cup of blueberries
• 1 apple

Instructions:

1.Core the apple.

2. Add the strawberries, blueberries and apple into your DEFY Juice Extractor. Juice until you have reached the desired consistency.
3. *Optional – to turn this delicious juice into a refreshing ice lolly just pour it into an ice cube tray or plastic cup. Once the juice turns semi-solid you can poke a stick (reuse ice-cream sticks) into the middle and it will hold into place once it is completely solid.
4. Serve
