NOLA to Stage Live Cooking Demonstration with Chef Mokgadi at Constitution Hill’s Human Rights Festival

NOLA Mayonnaise is delighted to be part of the Constitution Hill’s Human Rights Festival on 24 March. This is the inaugural festival and is designed to activate civil society, whilst promoting and advancing human rights for all. The festival will include exciting food stalls, a book fair, film festival, social forum, a music festival in the evening and an ‘Our Children are the Future’ showcase.

Chef Mokgadi will host a food demonstration at the NOLA stand, showcasing how the attendees can #CreateAStir with the creamy texture and delicious versatility of NOLA Mayonnaise. “I have found that NOLA blends in beautifully with just about any ingredient. It can be used as a garnish, sauce, batter or binder and it can be stirred in or drizzled on top of most of our favourite meals,” says Chef Mokgadi.

Join us at the NOLA stand to learn how to #CreateAStir in your own kitchen with NOLA Mayonnaise and Chef Mokgadi from 10:00 – 17:00. Make sure you stop by for some great hints and tips. Entrance is free.
