RECIPES: ENJOY SOME STYLISH GIN INFUSED COCKTAILS TO KICK START THE WEEKEND

DOUBLY BUBBLY

You Will Need:

  • 50 ML’s Stretton’s Double Cut
  • 50 ML’s grapefruit juice
  • 25 ML’s sugar syrup
  • Top with sparkling wine
  • Garnish with sage

Optional: add 12,5 ML’s Cointreau

Method:

Shake Stetton’s double cut, grapefruit juice, syrup with cubed ice, single strain into goblet over ice, top with sparkling wine, garnish.

ICED GINPRESSO

You Will Need:

  • 50 ML’s Stretton’s Double Cut
  • 15 ML’s Espresso
  • Top with tonic water
  • Garnish with thin grapefruit wheel

Method:

Place thin grapefruit wheel garnish inside glass with ice. Build Stretton’s and tonic over ice. Last, add expresso in thin stream atop or allow customers to do it.
