NOLA Mayonnaise is delighted to be part of Sporo’s Street Cookout this year, with Celebrity Chef Mokgadi. The streetfood market, held at Vosloorus, is a lifestyle and culinary feast where food lovers are able to experience delicious local cuisine and music. The first event for 2018 will take place on Saturday, 27 January 2018.
Chef Mokgadi will host a food demonstration at the NOLA stand, showcasing how the attendees can #CreateAStir with the creamy texture and delicious versatility of NOLA Mayonnaise. “I have found that NOLA blends in beautifully with just about any ingredient. It can be used as a garnish, sauce, batter or binder and it can be stirred in or drizzled on top of most of our favourite meals,” says Chef Mokgadi.

Sporo’s Street Cookout starts from 10:00 and goes until 20:00, at 387 Sebati Road, Vosloorus. Entrance is R50.00 per person.
