The streets of Sandton were abuzz this on Saturday, 3rd of June, when popular flavoured beer Flying Fish treated celebrities, influencers, and media to the final Flying Fish Street Cruise Experience. Over the few months, the Flying Fish Street Cruise Experience has been painting some of Johannesburg trendy streets festive blue.
The stellar event was hosted at the upmarket Sandton hangout-The Sands.
Hosted by South Africa’s new age talents: DJ Doowap and hip hop starlet Rouge. Popular radio and club DJ’s Roger Goode and DJ Switch kept the crowd entertained throughout the afternoon. The event was a one of a kind, a sundowner’s party bus made to look like a luxury yacht, which gave enthusiasts an exclusive and unusual party experience.
The finale of the Street Cruise events ended with a beach volleyball island party in the middle of Sandton’s at a swanky venue – The Sands. Guests were treated to cocktails and culinary experiences through the day while touring the city of gold from a completely different lense.
The Flying Fish Street Cruise finale was attended by familiar industry faces who turned up in real flavoursome style. These included the likes of actress Fezokuhle Zulu, celebrity make-up artist Vuyo Varoy, TV presenters Danine Naidoo and Gemaen Taylor, Idols Season 8 finalist Simphiwe Gwegwe, rapper Marc Schultza and Leeroy Marc of BET A- List to name a few.
